What is RealHealthNews
Real health for the poorest, most disadvantaged communities of the world - that's the focus of RealHealthNews, a new newsletter about real evidence, real research, and real interventions that can change people's lives for the better. RealHealthNews will be reporting real progress, real understanding, and real opportunities to solve the desperate problems facing many governments and ministries of health in the low- and middle-income countries of the world. |

The audience
And our intended audience? Policy makers at all levels, including those in health and finance ministries - the men and women who hold the power and the purse strings. For them - in the briefest of forms, but with links to wider reading - we aim to create a "knowledge fair", a global sharing of potential solutions to their problems.

NEW! Papers invited
RealHealthNews is now welcoming papers from accredited researchers and health policy makers, especially those from developing countries. Papers should be concise, clear, and to the point, and address issues at the workface between research and health policy. Researchers might describe - or comment on - new results of importance for policy makers, and policy makers might comment on the significance or weakness of recent research - or appeal for new studies.
Submissions should be sent to walgate@realhealthnews.net |
