About

The Global Forum for Health Research is an independent, international organization committed to demonstrating the essential role of research and innovation for health and health equity, benefiting poor and marginalized populations.

The Global Forum is headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland, close to international organizations such as the World Health Organization, the International Labour Organization, the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, the United Nations Research Institute for Social Development and the World Intellectual Property Organization.

While small and nimble, through its annual Forum meetings, research initiatives and collaboration, the Global Forum has been engaging thousands of stakeholders in research for health from around the world, from all walks of research, funding and policy, uniting them for one common goal: improving health and health equity worldwide through research.

Because health equity is a priority.
